Tenants Fees

Pay a fee of £75.00 +VAT per tenant for 6 month renewal or £125 (plus VAT if applicable) per tenant for a 12 month renewal in relation to the preparation of any addition on to the original lease.

Pay a charge of £30 +VAT to the Landlord’s Agent for any payment presented to the Landlord’s Agent’s bank but returned, refused or re-presented by the bank for any reason. This fee will be payable for each presentation which fails.

Any late payments, received after the date of the rent being due, will incur a charge of £30 +VAT
